1How do I receive my sewing pattern after purchase?
All files are delivered instantly via email and available for download directly after checkout.
2What file formats are included with my order?
Each product includes a projector file, and you’ll choose either the Print-Only bundle or the Editable File bundle, depending on your needs.
3Can I access my pattern files later?
Yes, you’ll receive a download link via email and can also access your order through your account if you created one at checkout.
4Can I get a refund or exchange a pattern?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges, but we’re happy to help resolve any file or compatibility issues.
5What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options.
6I didn’t get my download email—what should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s not there, contact us and we’ll resend your files right away.

A pattern block (or sloper) is a basic, editable garment template used as a foundation for creating new designs.
2Do the patterns include seam allowances?
Most patterns do not include seam allowances unless stated. This gives you full control over construction preferences.
3How do I print my PDF pattern?
You can print at home (US Letter or A4) or send the A0 file to a copy shop. Be sure to print at 100% scale.
4What is a projector file and how do I use it?
A projector file lets you project the pattern directly onto fabric, eliminating paper. It includes high-contrast lines and layered sizing for easy cutting.
5Can I modify the pattern for different designs?
Yes! Editable files and AI formats are perfect for making changes like sleeve length, neckline shape, or fit adjustments.
6Are instructions or tutorials included?
Most of our products are pattern blocks, intended for users with some sewing experience. However, we do offer written guides, video tutorials, and email support if you need help.
